I have cared for, trained, fostered, nursed, and rehabilitated animals for over forty years. I was born into a life dedicated to the well-being of our animal friends, and caring for them has never been a phase or a job — it has been my purpose.

In my youth, I trained as a veterinary technician, gaining hands-on experience in animal health, behavior, and medical care. I also worked closely with rehabilitating wildlife, where I developed a deep sense of empathy, patience, and skill. These experiences allowed me to help abused and neglected animals heal and receive a true second chance at life with loving families. Seeing animals regain trust and thrive reinforced my lifelong commitment to advocacy, compassion, and responsible care.

I took this work a step further by becoming a trained Neonatal Foster for Peggy Adams Animal Rescue, specializing in the care of the most fragile and vulnerable animals. I have been one of the lucky fosters in which a very high percentage of my babies have survived their young, early days and thrived under my care, going on to all have loving, incredible forever homes. This responsibility is one I hold with deep respect and gratitude. While I now keep only two of my own, my heart and home have always been open to those who need temporary safety, structure, and love.

Alongside rescue and medical care, I have provided pet sitting and in-home animal care for many years. For a long time, I viewed this work simply as an extension of who I am rather than a business. It wasn’t until I recognized the growing need for experienced, reliable, and deeply knowledgeable pet care that I realized I could offer something more — a professional service built on decades of real-world experience, trust, and accountability.
